If you want to come and shoot, here’s what you’ll need to do:
Come down to the club with an existing member, or use the email address below to contact a committee member. If you are under 16 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Unfortunately, you won’t be able to shoot on this visit).

Fill in some forms; your details will be sent off to the police for checking.
Once you’re details check out, come down for three free introductory visits - a safety talk, and two coached shooting sessions.
Fill out a membership proposal form and sign two declaration forms (Safe Handling and Section 21 of the Firearms Act).
If you like us, and we like you (!) pay to join as a probationary member for 6 months. We’ll coach you and monitor progress. You’ll need to pay to join the CSA (our governing body) as a full member (you pay a pro-rata percentage of the full fee, depending when you join), and half of PYE’s annual membership, and bring 4 passport-sized photos along. How much will it cost ?
The range is leased by the Cambridge Shooting Association and all members that use it are required to pay a fee towards the running of the range. There is also an annual Pye Club fee

- £10 per year (Adult)
- £5 per year (Junior and OAP)
Cambridge Shooting Association Fees
Ammunition & Targets
- A box of 50 rounds of ammunition is around £5.
- Targets are free.
Use of the pool table is also free if you take a break from shooting.
